Compavo User Agreement

1. What you get
Compavo provides a local-first companion seat on iPhone: interview one character, talk tonight, Accept a reply, hear a system-voice replay, keep optional MemoryNotes and look stills, and use optional consent-gated cloud inference for interview/talk, look-style vision, synthetic speech, and portrait generation. Compavo does not provide medical or therapeutic advice and is not a Compavo account service. The reviewed build does not sell In-App Purchases.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App lawfully. Only add content and media you are allowed to use. Do not misuse network or AI features to harm others or to seek crisis, medical, or illegal assistance.
3. Your content stays local
You own the companion name and traits, interview answers, spoken lines, MemoryNotes, look stills, and portraits you create. Core seat data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Keep your own backups of anything you care about. Compavo does not require a Compavo account.
4. Apple services you may use
Your use of Apple services—including Photos, Speech, Camera, Microphone, local notifications, and widgets—remains subject to Apple’s terms. The reviewed build does not use StoreKit for Compavo purchases.
5. Availability
Features may change, pause, or end. Optional DeepSeek and MiniMax replies depend on network and third-party availability. Local seat browsing and saved replays continue without cloud AI when sharing is off.
6. Intellectual property
App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal companion records, stills, and notes. Third-party model and voice services belong to their owners; Compavo only calls them after you Allow sharing for those paths.
7. Limits
Draft replies, MemoryNotes, synthetic speech, and generated portraits are personal creative aids, not guarantees of companionship, therapy, or factual accuracy. Cloud model output can be wrong or inappropriate—review before you Accept. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions you make using Compavo, third-party model availability, or content you choose to send after Allow.
8. Stopping and contact
You may stop using the App, turn off AI data sharing, and delete local data at any time. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited where they cannot be waived. Contact seat@compavo.app.
